- Organizátorom súťaže Choď a foť 2024 (ďalej len „súťaž“) je Krajská organizácia cestovného ruchu Severovýchod Slovenska.
- The competition is open to amateur and professional photographers.
- The photograph submitted to the competition must be the work of the author who entered it in the competition.
- The competition is open to digital photographs and also scanned photographs from 35mm film.
- Photos must be high resolution, in JPG (JPEG) format, so that the photo can be enlarged to A3 size - with a minimum resolution of 1600 dots (pixels) on the longer side at 300 dpi.
- Do súťaže môže jeden autor poslať spolu maximálne 7 photos.
- The competition is announced in seven categories:
- Nature
a) Landscape photography
b) Fauna & flora
c) Tourism - Culture, traditions and history
- Sport and leisure activities
- Black & white
- Man and region (portraits, interesting photographs from the life of the inhabitants of the region)
- Architecture (photos of buildings - interior, exterior)
- Special category 2024: Poloniny (krásy Polonín, drevené chrámy, autentická príroda, ľudia a zážitky z Polonín)
- Nature
- Fotografie vo všetkých kategóriách musia byť zhotovené výlučne na území Prešovského kraja do 13. 10. 2024.
- Competition photos must be sent to do 13. októbra 2024 by 23:59 hrs. electronically to e-mail: chodafot@severovychod.sk (prípadne fotografie poslať cez úložisko - odkaz na úložisko uviesť v maili). Fotografie je možné doručiť aj na digitálnych nosičoch CD alebo DVD osobne alebo poštou na adresu: KOCR Severovýchod Slovenska, Námestie mieru 2, 080 01 Prešov.
- K súťažným fotografiám je to be specified:
- author's name and surname,
- Author's age,
- author's place of residence, contact (e-mail, phone number),
- title of photo,
- description to the photo - place and date of creation,
- the name of the relevant competition category
- Po zaslaní fotografií na mailovú adresu chodafot@severovychod.sk, bude autorovi fotografií doručený mail s formulárom, v ktorom potvrdí súhlas s Pravidlami súťaže a s ochranou osobných údajov (GDPR). V prípade zaslania fotografií z jednej mailovej adresy viac krát, príde autorovi na jeho mailovú adresu potvrdenie súhlasu s Pravidlami súťaže a s ochranou osobných údajov (GDPR) iba raz.
- The organizer of the competition reserves the right, depending on the number and quality of the competition photos, to move the competition photos to another category, to award more prizes within the category, or to award no prizes in the category.
- The winners of the competition will be decided by an expert jury. One winner will also be chosen by the public by voting on Facebook profile KOCR Northeast of Slovakia.
- Zaslaním fotografie dáva súťažiaci organizátorovi súťaže a spoluorganizátorovi súťaže – Prešovskému samosprávnemu kraju permission to use the work v rozsahu jeho zverejnenia, archivácie, reprodukcie a publikovania diela s uvedením autora fotografie, bez nároku autora na odmenu, na ktorú mu vzniká nárok podľa § 19 ods. 2 zákona č. 185/2015 Z. z. o autorskom práve. Akceptácia tohto dojednania sa považuje za akceptáciu bezodplatnej licencie.
- By submitting a photo, the author agrees to the terms and conditions of the competition.
