At the end of the Little Cold Valley, in the Basin of the Five Spišské Plies, there are five differently sized glacial lakes - the Five Spišské Plies.
The highest of these is Vyšné Spišské pleso, lies at an altitude of 2022 m above sea level, on the contrary, the lowest Nižné Spišské pleso lies at an altitude of 1999 m above sea level. Prostredné Spišské pleso (2010 m above sea level), which is 7 m deep. Veľké Spišské pleso. It has an area of 3.5 hectares and lies at an altitude of 2011 m above sea level. Small Spišské pleso (2000 m above sea level).
Tourist route
Visitors to the Little Cold Valley and the Five Spišské Plies can use accommodation and social services in the Téry Chalet (2,015 m above sea level) throughout the year. The green hiking trail passes by it, which leads from Starý Smokovec through Hrebienok, past Zamkovský Chalet (1 475 m above sea level) and continues through the Malá Studená dolina. Then it goes through Sedielko (2 376 m above sea level) to the Javor valley and ends in Tatranská Javorina. From there, the yellow trail leads through Priečná sedlo (2 352 m) to Zbojnicka chata (1 960 m).
