Blajzloch is a small water reservoir, which can be found at the end of the valley of the same name, in the western part of the Slovak Paradise near the village of Vernár. This place is famous for a small island in the left part of the lake. It can be reached via a small bridge located at the back of the small island. This place is very photogenic and it is also very good for the end of a cycling tour. You can reach it by car or by bicycle on the asphalt road. From Hrabušice it takes about 15 minutes by car, or from the other side via Kicker.

The site is accessible via a 1400-metre-long nature trail, which offers information panels on forest conservation and nature. The 23-acre lake has a triangular shape and is situated in a picturesque valley. More than 20km of hunting trails have been built in the area. In the past, the Blajzloch valley was logged sparsely and so the valley was mainly used for recreation, hunting and fishing only for public officials, but today the valley is open to the general public.

For families with children, we recommend driving to the crossroads at Lake Blajzloch, where there is a free car park for about 20 cars, from where there is a short 1400 m trail to the lake.
For tourists we recommend a walk from Vernara and back, which is long both ways 10 km and takes back and forth around 3 hours.
