You can see Vareškové pleso and Dlhé pleso on the way to Zbojnicka chalet in Veľká Studená dolina. First on the left side of the trail you will see the smaller Vareškové pleso at 1836 m above sea level with a depth of about 0.6 m and a little above it Dlhé pleso 1894 m above sea level with an area of about 1 ha and a depth of 7.2 m.
You can get to them from Hrebienok first by the red sign to the crossroads above Rainerova hut and from there by the blue sign, direction Zbojnícka hut in about 2,20 h.
