Greek-Catholic wooden church of the Protection of the Most Holy Mother of God in Mirol was built on a dominant platform in 1770.
After the end of World War II, when it was badly damaged, it was repaired immediately in 1945. It is a typical three-part, three-space and three-tower building with three crosses. Originally, the whole area of the church was surrounded by a wooden fence with a wooden gate. Today only the gate remains.
The construction of the temple is log, the tower is columnar. The building is mounted on a low plinth. The tower grows out of the atrium and the three bells. The roof of each tower is pyramidal with a flat onion. Above the roof is a smaller onion and above the onion is a three-armed cross. The entrance to the wooden temple in Miroli is through a vestibule on the west side.

The iconostasis with its four-aisle architecture is characterised by its variety of colours. The main series and feasts date from the middle of the 18th century, the apostles and prophets from the end of the 18th century. The deacon's door is not fitted with a sash. The imperial double-leaf door is fitted with six medallions - four Evangelists and two Annunciation medallions at the top.
In the nave of the temple hangs an older icon of the Assumption of the Most Holy Mother of God from the 17th century. The entire iconostasis was restored in the 1970s.
